Kidney Problems

I m suffering from cold n cough...so during coughing I m having lots a pee leaking problem n just after spicy food same burning sensation on urination

My mom has a severe abnormality in lower abdominal part.On dr. consultation we have done a usg.On report the impression shows that 1.mild hepatomegaly with grade II fatty changes 2. Right sided mild hydronephosis 3.Bulky heterogeneous uterus with multiple SOLs. What does it mean dr?Is there anything serious?which type of specialist I should consult in this case?kindly give some reply..I m in high tension.

I feel like bubbles bursting through out my lower from left to right iliac region and felt like some beatings in hypogastrium region. I once have had food poisoning during which I was alse diagnosed cystitis/minute gastrisis although that was treated. The problem however started only after that.
