Kidney Problems

Hello doctor I am suffering from kidney and ureter stone and got ultrasound and urine test, i attached the both reports. Kindly have a look on this and suggest me what should I do. Doctor prescribed me Zentum 500(morning & evening), Cital H(morning & evening) and Tamlocept 0.4 (evening only) I will be thankful to you for your response. Thanks

Hello ...i recently had this test wherein everything else was normal. creatinine serum value was slightly high at 1.14mg/dl with eGFR 88mL/min/1.73m2...should I undergo any further tests or follow any precautions?? I recently had lower back pain as well.

My father is under treatment for 3 months for kidney problems. 2months ago in test report creatin lable was 3.4 today report it increases to 5.6. kindly suggest.

A 6mm Kidney stone has been detected which has moved from Ureter to Bladder last Sunday as noted in the Sonography report attached. Any intervention further is required to remove the stone or will it pass thru Urination in normal process. Any medication required to dissolve or to disintegrate. Pl advise next step.
