Hi my father is 64 years old there is 11.2 mm stone in his right kidney .amylase serum is more than 300 .his pancreas are swollen. It is advisable to go for suregery of stone inspite of swollen pancreas

Can an ultrasound be able to differentiate a kidney cyst and a kidney stone or ct imaging is necessary for identification?

Please tell me I had 3mm stone, grade 1 fatty liver It will pass in urine or operation how many days to cure

I feel urge to urine but when I do it comes little. And little burn after urine.. I have gone through urine test.  Are these normal?

I'm a mariner. Recently while undergoing company medical check up before joining vessel, I was diagnosed with kidney stone. Right kidney, mid pole 4.1mm and lower 3.2mm. Left kidney some concretions. I don't have, any symptom nor have I ever had any considering I'm very adventurous and athletic person. I nor anyone in my family had kidney stone ever. Local urologist gave potrate and aquazide which I took for a month. Now usg shows left absolutely normal but no change in right kidney. I cannot be at home for so long. Hence have decided to go for Lithotripsy. But in x ray stone I not visible at all. But there is some gas visible in x ray and doctor says to take dulcolax and go for x ray again so that gas is cleared off and we may see the stone behind it. After taking dulcolax, I have taken x ray empty stomach.  Still x ray shows the same gas part and no stone is visible. What should I do to get a proper x ray? What are the harms if I take too many x ray on my body? It's been 3 in 1 month

She was getting too much pain before passing urine & afterwords also. Urine test was done. As noticed UTI, gave Iftha 100mg for 5 days. Pain did not come down. So got ultrascan of abdomen. Noticed the stone in the bladder. As we don't want to go for surgery, suggest symptomatic treatment. Also kidney partially functioning. Thanks, Desikan

My Urine Sample report says, that I have WBC/pus cells- 1-2 RBC- 2-4 Epithelial Cells- 6-8 (All per hpf) Is this of any concern? Kindly help me with this.

Hii My mom age is above 60 her kidney test report shows Urine Creatinine ratio 1900mg/g ,Urine micro albumin 2782mg/dl, sodium serium 138mmol/L and Potassoum Serum 5.6 mmol/L ,is that stage to start dialysis ? She also has blood sugar, blood pressure,thyroid and cholesterol, Or is it can control through medicine ? Attaching report for reference
