Sir, today when i woke up in the morning i saw 2/3 brown type substance just smoothly discharged with urin. i hold a little bit it was like algae in thr pond about3/4 mm in diameter. besides i had a piloplasty in 2017. would u plz kind enough to let me know what should i do roght now thank u
