Kidney Problems

I am feeling that iam having some kidney problem. I have taken a USG abdomen in Sep 2022 and its perfectly fine. I also did a Blood CBC and Urine routine on Dec 2024 in which all the details are within the normal limits and creatinine is 0.9 and No protein. Iam having some then and there back pain. I drive a lot in a week about 500Kms every week. Whether i have to take tests again. If i drink plenty of water urine is colour is transparent and getting frequent urination which is now getting reduced. How to know my urine is foamy. After mictruition there is some foam but after flushing for one time it goes away. How to knoq my urine is foamy. No swelling. I am doing routine works as usual.

I have erection but not 100% it's like 90-80% I have discomfort on penis area some time of numbness and feel some short of burning after intercourse The penis accidentally hit on the outside the hole does I have penile fracture or it's some type of trauma which cure on it's some days please guide me

I was struggling to cure balanitis, after several weeks of the treatment finally its no longer there but somehow i developed multiple ringworms on my testicals. Does having Calcium supplements affect Kidney Stones? My mother recently recovered from kidney infection. Latest USG AND CT scan showed presence of small stone in right kidney and she is on medication to resolve it. Her Calcium levels are usually low (7.8-8.0) and thus she has been on supplements for years

My doctor recommend to have fosirol sachet after my meal. i had it right after my meal, its been 4 hours, my symptoms are persistent. i am feeling more discomfort thn before taking the medication. I just got to know that it must have been taken 2 hours after my meal. Would it still work.
