Kidney Problems

Dear doctor, This is my Semen Analysis test report. I'm unmarried and diabetic (since 2013) There's a gap of 4.5 days after the previous ejaculation. Please let me know if this report is proper or not. Thanks.

Male, 58. On March 28, fever, urine irritation, and tiredness began. Took meds from a BAMS doctor; fever returned after 2 days. April 1: Extreme shivering, took Dolo 650. April 2: Advised Widal, urine, and CBC tests. April 4: Widal positive, low platelets. Switched doctor. Becasule Z, Dolo SOS. April 7: Platelets 2.32 lakh. Started Cefixime 200 mg x2/day. April 12: Fever persisted. Further tests. April 14: Urine infection: pus cells 15–20/hpf, bacteria+, trace albumin. Typhidot negative. Platelets 2.82 lakh. Added Martifur. April 15–17: Fever continued 99–102°F. Now: extreme weakness, low appetite, sleep all day. Is this timeline normal? Should I see a urologist or continue current treatment?

From last 3 to 4 years i had been suffering from urinate problem,  I couldn't wait for urinate more time, and i feel little pain if urine loaded more.

I am student studying in kota. When I came here in class i felt that my trousers are wet i thought it might be a misunderstanding then after 2 months i felt it isn't a misunderstanding something is leaking.. then I had uti i had medicine of it but it isnt going well..then I had to come to home because of this my studies suffered the most.. i had seen in utube that I have a vvf but i haven't had a operation or anything so it isn't possible according to doctors. I had reached every possible doctor urologist to gynae but no-one understood my problem this problem emotionally scattered me then i went to Apollo  there my gynaec told me that my vaginal opening is open   then she told me that its vaginal infection but after medicine the fluid didn't stopped completely but now I went to kota again and now im facing same issues i had seen that,whole urine is coming out of vagina . no dr is understanding my condition.can i ever live a nrml life considering my age could it be vvf?

My 1 year old son has done Cystourethroscopy+Puv fulguration under GA and after the doctor has asked to do a test.. would like to know what is that test for?

No pain in testicle, No swelling. But feeling tightness in left epididymis. Mild pain while  pinch to left epididymis. Some time tightness radiates to left lower abdominal feel mild pain in left leg also. Prescribed (amoxicilin 500mg + Calvulanic acid 125 mg), (Aceclofenac 100mg + paracetamol 350 mg), (pataprazol 40 mg) twise a day for 5 days. And Diethylcarbamazine 50mg twise a day for 2 weeks. But no improvement.
