Am a diabetic patient i have passing urine 10 times a day is it normal..how many times should we pass urine in a day if we have diabetes

Hello respected doctor. My brother age 68 is suffering from urine problem from today noon. He is unable to urinate. Urine not coming till now at night. Local doctor use catheter to remove urine. His stomach is bloated. Fbs 280, ppbs 360. Blood urea 36, blood creatinine 0.97. Urine report - sugar positive ++ , high creatinine is urine. Need help..

Hi team, There is cyst in my penis. I have been observing this for 6 months however there was no swelling. Suddenly it started swelling . Now it is okay and no swelling, however, cyst is still same. Can this be serious? If yes what I can do?

I had unprotected sex in Feb. Soon started having symptoms: 1. Pain/burning sensation while peeing 2. Yellow discharge from penis 3. Frequent urination I did a urine test and culture test. Culture test didn't show any bacteria presence. But urine sample showed presence of pus cells and leucocytes. For one week I took OFLOX, but symptoms reappeared after 4 days. Next I took Macrobid. Symptoms reappeared after 4days. I consulted a urologist who diagnosed it as Urethritis due to STI. He didn't mention which STI it is. Now I was suggested Amykacin 500mg injection and Ceftum500mg both tablet twice a day for 1 week. All symptoms disappeared. After 2 weeks I did urine test which showed everything as normal. After 25days I had sex (protected) and observed a sharp pain while ejaculation, and pain lasted for 30 min after . Could this be because the inflammation has not healed completely?

I get pain inside my penis on right side on glans or foreskin i dnt know proper i have balantis its healing but the problem is now the pain which i get for very long time its not going what should i do i did frenluplasty surgery and skin is healing but the pain which is like stone type or sharp knife inside my penis pain its not going what should i do go for urologist or nuerologist maybe nerve damage ?

My dad aged 79 years had a repeat increase in psa from 6.01 to 6.29.we did TRUS and MP M RI pirads 4.both showed suspicion.Biopsy was carried out but it is also inconclusive.pls advise.

I've been facing inflammation under my foreskin for a while. I've consulted 3 dermatologist . I've been given different antibiotics and different creams by them saying it's balanitis. I have inflammation under my foreskin and the inside of my skin itches. Sometimes when I pee it burns. The medicines prescribed were I-tyza 100, xystal tablet and momos T cream. They made no effect at all. The inflammation is still the same. What is the best doctor I must consult with a urologist or a Dermatologist?

From past 3-4 days I am having severe pain during urination at the end. Also I always feel my bladder is full and feeling urgent to urinate, but when I go it is just a small amount. Also after urination some discomfort and pain will be there for 5-10 mins.
