Hi My parents are suffering from diabetes, I checked my suger level today and it came 101 empty stomach. What should I do to avoid diabetes.

I have been diagnosed with HB1AC as 15 and TSH 10. cholesterol level is also very high. Should I go with insulin suggested by doctor
