Sir i have high bp normal time 150/100 but when i drink alcohol more than 360ml that time i checked my bp 116/68 what is the reason for suddenly reduced my bp? Then the day after i again checked my bp no consumption alcohol time i raise 150/100 so what the reason sir any problem for my health?

Diagnosed in 2016 with diabetes. Now taking ziten m 500mg morning and glycomet SR 500mg night. Levels shows 110-140 fasting and after food. Can I stop the night dosage.

My Free T3 is 4.3, my Free T4 is 22.5 and my TSH is 0.056. My doctor prescribed me to keep taking my medicine called Thyronorm mcg 100. recently I was feeling dizzy and my blood pressure was low. Another doctor asked me to stop taking the meds. after that no more dizziness and blood pressure is ok. However past few days my eyes feel bulgur and puffy and I have a bad headache.
