Heart burn and abdominal pain moving slightly up and down while laying down and my hip and back hurts veru lightly

Sir I have checked my blood sugar levels, fasting is 92 , and after breakfast, after 2 hours it was 189. Do I need to consult a doctor? And I feel no energy, and foot burning.

He gave me some medicine and told me to take calcium buti 1000 puti 6 gm. That 6 gram cost 36000 rupees. He gave me a mobile number in bangalore where you can get the medicine. I am not sure if this medicine are genuine or not. I also not sure if it will really reduce my sugar level. My normal sugar level in the morning is 130-160 and after food is 240-270. Please let me know if I should purchase this medicine. Please advise
