I'm 17 years old, and I want to know if taking IGF-1 would increase my height. The ways I take it is through Bovine Colostrum power that I put in drinks by Sovereign Laboratories, to try to supplement IGF-1. Also I take Vigor Labs "Raw IGF-1," and Now's IGF-1 supplement, which Now's contains deer antler velvet extract. Lastly I also take Vigor Labs "Raw HGH," to maybe also help with my height. 1.Please answer whether IGF-1 influences height gain. 2.If supp's don't help, please list what will.
