Iam using novamix30|70 daily 40 units (20+20), which is more expensive,can I shifted to mustard.tell me

I am 27 yrs old. I am suffering from type 2 diabetes. I started taking insulin and blisto 1mf tablets everyday mrng before breakfast. After 1 month it came into control. I stopped taking insulin and taking only tablets. Some times the sugar level increases , and I will take insulin on that day and I will stop again. Is it any problem if I take insulin like this?

I'm 23 yr old suffering from type 1 diabetes since 10 years .Today morning i faced severe hypoglycemia (< 44 mg/dl ) .When i wake up on that condition :;I've seen my pants has wet i did urinated & feces in my pants during hypoglycemia i guess.Because of this:i'm feeling so embarrassed in front of family members.I don't know this is truly disastrous i've ever seen in my life.Please advice

My blood sugar level is 200 fasting and 320 random.My doctor suggested it as type2 diabetes.I am now taking the allopathic medicine (1) dapagliflozin tab.(2) Saroglitazar tab.(3) sitagliptin phosphate tab.(4) Gemer 2.Now the fact is that the sugar maintain in level when I keep continued the medicine and as soon as I stop the level attain at high level.That sir, can assume your IME9 along with these medicines to get better in this regard for long time?
