This is kishore age 22 male. My Glucose serum(fasting) is 116 and Glucose serum(post prandail) is 129 and Urine routine glucose is 3+. Is that results showing that i am diabetic?

Sir,my serum cholesterol is156mg/dl, serum triglycerides 234mg/dl, H.D.L cholesterol 31mg/dl, L.D.L cholesterol 80mg/dl ,V.L.D.L cholesterol 45mg/dl .please suggest me the medicine and diet.

This is causing her lot of problem with fluctuating sugar values sometimes very low to 33 and sometimes very high with 300/400+ .. She had stopped Carbs in her diet but still feels the same.. Insulin Pump given but still no difference in values. Lost 10kgs weight in 3 to 4 months... Kindly someone please help on how to tackle or handle this, what diagnosis can be given and how can we say the patient is now normal ?

My age 52.No blood sugar only high BP.15 days before checked for sugar fasting reading 135 and post lunch 212.found out diabetic.chd lifestyle doing walking yoga.stopped eating carbs like rice.potatos.when should I recheck my sugar.?need to check both fasting and after lunch.
