My mother, known diabetic since 10yrs, was prescribed with a new drug VOGLIBOSE. AFTER TAKING, SHE IS HAVING SIDE EFFECTS OF DIARRHEA, DRYNESS OF MOUTH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH...kindly help me out in decreasing the side effects

My mother is a diabetics patient and she is now facing problems with health as such joint pains and nerve ache in thys and right /left side of neck (a lymp node formation of nerve). She is not able to sleep properly - joint pains and nerve ache in hands and legs.

This is kishore age 22 male. My Glucose serum(fasting) is 116 and Glucose serum(post prandail) is 129 and Urine routine glucose is 3+. Is that results showing that i am diabetic?

This is causing her lot of problem with fluctuating sugar values sometimes very low to 33 and sometimes very high with 300/400+ .. She had stopped Carbs in her diet but still feels the same.. Insulin Pump given but still no difference in values. Lost 10kgs weight in 3 to 4 months... Kindly someone please help on how to tackle or handle this, what diagnosis can be given and how can we say the patient is now normal ?
