Hormonal Imbalances

My wife has been suffering from diabetes since last 3 years. Her age is 28 yrs as of now & recently married. She is taking insulin twice a day before BF & before dinner. I want to know can she get rid of taking insulin's daily? what r the chances of getting rid of diabetes completely since it is not hereditary.

My sugar lebel in fasting 180-190 and PP 280-290 i take medisine for sugar amaryl 2mg before bf

I am feeling always tired and confused, my insulin is 2.15 and c peptide is only 0.50 which is lower than normal. I am facing this problem for 2-3 years, thanks for help.

Sugar level before breakfast 180. After breakfast it is 288 What tablet for maintain normal level. Now I take glimipride 1m before breakfast and gluformin XL 500 after lunch. Whether I continue the same tablets.
