Diabetes control
I take monthly health check-up for sugar, and it seems normal as per pathologist. Fasting sugar level - under 100 PP sugar level - under 125-130 As per suggestion of my general family Dr I am taking Medfarmin 500 daily twice a day morning and evening. So my question is, which I want to consult with a diabetes specialist- Do I need to continue with this medicine or not? however I would continue my monthly sugar level check-up. I occasionally include sweets in my diet ,once or twice a week. I do take tea with a sugar free tablet twice daily ( is sugar free fine, how much tabs in a day is fine) Please advise, Thanks in advance. Regards- Mahesh Chaure

First and foremost congratulations for successfully managing your morning sugar levels. I can see you are putting in a lot of effort to get levels under control and it shows in the results. But one thing the control is not just morning control but it encompass the whole days' control, and can only be demonstrated by doing HBA1c levels. Hence if you havent done that, my suggestion is to do it once and see.
