Pain in shoulder arms and gastric proble
Sir I am a diabetic patient and now suffering from gas problem and severe pain in my shoulder arms can't move my arms freely . Please suggest me good medicine for gas and shoulder arms pain. Thank you

There could be many conditions that can effect shoulder. It sounds you might have a condition such as frozen shoulder. If it is the case, then you will need bit more than pain killers
Unfortunately you also have gas problem , from what you described. In such condition taking certain pain killers such as Ibuprofen for you shoulder can make gas problems more worse. Hence you need to decided what you can take carefully .
