Hello Which vegetable juice is good for a diabetic patient? And what should be taken for low haemoglobin i mean which vegetable juices or fruit juice or any other thing?

Home made vegetable juice without added sugar is ok to take. Fresh vegetables or juice made from green leafy vegetables such as palak, cucumber, beet root, and fresh fruits like pomegranate help to increase hemoglobin without increasing sugars. Packed Fruit juices which contain added sugar should be avoided Dates and figs help to increase hemoglobin, they must be consumed in moderation as they can increase glucose
