My sgpt is 65 n i am type 2 diabetic from last 4 years n i am 95 kg 5 feet 6 inch tall....do i have to worry or panic

24, ht 176cm wt 48 kg. Thin from childhood. History of renal calculi (calcium oxalate) and treated by rirs surgery 3 months back Recently diagnosed to have hyperthyroidism and vitamin D3 (9.35ng/ml)and b12 (141pg/ml) deficiency G.physician prescribed neomercazole10mg for hyperthyroidism Inj arachitol 300000OIU once a month for two months for vt d deficiency Inj Renerve 1000mcg once a week for 8 weeks for vitamin B12 deficiency Is it safe to take vitamin D3 in inj form as I have previous history of renal calculi and risk of hypervitaminosis??

I have diabetes last three month, but i am not started the medicines,my sugar level before meal 150, and after meal 205, please suggest me , I used medicine or exercise daily.

Just like insulin, whether glucose injection is available un the market when sugar level is drastucally down. Presently i am on insulin n during nights it is coming upto 40-50 range.
