Blood sugar FASTING coming high 130 to 1

Asked for Male, 81 Years

I am diabetic type II PATIENT for the last 20 years.At present I am taking ISTAMET ( 50/1000) after B/F and GLYCOMET 1gm after dinner. For the last few days my blood sugar FASTING is coming high 130 to 140.I want to take TIME 9 along with the medicines being taken by me Please advise regarding doses of Ayurvedic MEDICINE to be taken?
