High sugar
My husband had bypass 15 years back.He is diabetic.He was using 30/70 human mixture daily twice .After consulting diabetic doctore advised Insuman combo 30 units morning and Lontus 20 units night.But sugar is now and than 400 above and getting too much shivering.what can we do now?

indeed his sugar levels are high, but that does not explain shivering he is having at the moment.
Shivering often suggests some underlying infection , hence my suggestion is get to your husband tested including his urine examination and treated accordingly.
As far the insulin regime is concerned, which does not seem to be the right one for him , you need to get in touch so that appropriate changes can be made to his medications.
