Hormonal Imbalances

My father had blockages in his heart arteries and had gone through an operation about 8 years back wherein a stent was placed in his heart. About 30-45 days ago, he had high sugar levels. 600 on upper limit. He was given metphormin to be taken before food. Now after 45 days his sugar levels are normal. What should be the treatment going forward considering his heart ailments. Doctors with the what type of qualifications could help in treatment. I want a reasonable doctor and treatment. Please help

I am a 33 year old girl , diagnosed Type 1 diabetes in the age of 20 . since I am taking insulin on daily basis. Last 5-6 tears i have also High BP Problem and taking medicine of it. Last 6-7 years I have also digestion Problems , resulting of that i vomit several times in a day . I consult many doctors but they could not find the reason and solution of vomiting. Hi doctor, I had irregular periods,scanned for pcos(which I had previously),but result was saying normal .Then did hormonal tests on 2nd day of my period,it showed very high tsh (7.12) and high triglycerides and cholesterol. Weight gain is around 20 kg in past 1.5 year. What should I do.

After stopping Tab Tenglyn 20/500 mg, the blood sugar test reading on 22.04 was as under : Empty stomach 123 2hrs after b/f. 141 2hrs after lunch. 167 2hrs after dinner. 177 & On 23.04 2hrs after lunch it is 207. Is it ok ? Pls advice me accordingly. I am realizing little weakness.

I have tested my sugar level and found fasting is 147 and postprandial (PPBS) is 150. Can you please advice me how can I get controlled my sugar to normal.
