Low sugar and head ache with vomiting, back side head ache sever and lots of sweating eye pain sugar levels 50 to 60 that to fasting dizziness and weakness

I am having PCOD from last 10 years.planning to get a proper treatment for the same. Haven't done any tests recently. Can anyone suggest what all tests to be done. So that I can have that done & visit gynaecologist directly with the reports.
