I recently (20days ago) found that my tsh level was 7.28,so I started using 50cg dose as suggested by doctor. today, I check tsh, now it's level gone to below reference range, 0.08 So how can I take dosage

I have high diabetes.recently I checked it's 440 -fasting;600-pp recently.before two weeks I had a 3 times fall although I didn't become unconscious. I am diagnosed with pcod yesterday, in ultrasound Dr told me that there is cyst on my ovaries. I have regular periods but I am having lot of pimples, scars on my face and I am having excessive hair shedding from 6years. I have consulted so many Dr regarding my hair shedding issue but no Dr. Is able to identify my problem. I have observed more facial hair in past 2years. Is this possible that I am having pcod even if I do have regular periods?

Dear Dr I am diabetes for 10 years and now I am taking two janumer xr 50/1000 daily,I made analysis for blood sugar and found out that my random blood analysis is 322 and HBA1C is 10.4 and my MCHC is 35.5 and So please check and advise
