My level oF tsh is >150.what is this condetion called. And what should i do

I am a thyroid patient.my thyroid doctor told me to harmon test I did it on 5 Feb 2018 and in report I was predaibetic by leave was 5.9. I showed by report to doctor on 12april 2018.doctor I thought my report was normal so didn't go to show report but my doctor said don't worry in 2months glucose level doesn't increases.pls I need a second opinion worried a lot. I have a Prolactinoma with a prolactin level of 42 (down from 109, possibly lower than 42 as my last tests were in January. The tumor has shrunk as well) I had my IUD removed after 10 years with it, in January. I had no periods during that time. On March 23rd I started to get very, very light spotting. Only saw blood when I would wipe. The spotting has lasted ever since and the last two days has started to get a little heavier. Is this a really long/really light period? Or am I just spotting?

Dr. I have been taking steroid predisolone for 40 days . Doctor told me to tapper from 60 mg to 50 mg . 10,10 mg tapering week by week . Now I came 5 mg and had it for two days. Total cholestrol 95 , hdl 34. Ldl 47 . Ldl and total are lower than normal vslue what they indicates . Hba1c is 5.2 .
