Hormonal Imbalances

My mother is 50 year old and she is a diabetic patient. Diabetes is under control but her TSH test results 24.64.

How much thyroid should I take for .3 tsh,now I'm taking 50mcg,mild hyper thyroid

My current TSH level is 25 and T3/T4 are normal.Cholestrol is also borderline and platalets count is 161K.Currently I m taking BP medicine cresar 40mg and thyrox 125 mcg.Now,Dr recommend choletrol medicine and increase thyrox to 174 mcg.

I got the report today morning in that my TSH level was 21 what can I do for that. Is this level normal or high. Can you suggest me which specialist doctor to consult.

I have been under medication for thyroid. About 8 months back my TSH was 17.40 & was prescribed to take 75 mcg of Thyronorm. About 3 months back my TSH was within the normal range but I continued to take 75 mcg of Thyronorm. Now my TSH has fallen down the normal range. Please advise the dosage of Thyronorm.

My Fiance reported a problem that I wanted to check with you. She is 27 years and it seems like she was wrongly diagnosed as Diabetes earlier and now it was identified as some Vitamin Deficiency. She also mentioned that she is currently taking Insulin and doctor mentioned that it will take another 6 months to cure it. My question is whether Insulin is used for any kind of deficiency?
