Taking metformin 1gm+GLIMEPIRIDE 2mg+voglibose 0.3mg twice, PIOZ 15 at after noon, but my fbs remains near 270.please suggest me further action.

I was suffering from frequent urination. Doctor advised to check urine for uti and blood sugar. Urine report was normal. But blood sugar radom level was 240. So doctor asked to repeat sugar test . Fasting 143 Post fast 190. then doctor suggested Glycomet tablet. I don't want to start medicine. Please advise food precautions and home remedies to keep diabetes under control. My age is 38. I am having thyroid ..I was diagnosed with it after test in January 2017 since then I am taking thyronorm 25 mg...my tsh was 7.8....after taking medicine it was normal for one and a half year ...I regularly check my thyroid...bt this time even after taking medicine my tsh was 6.3.......why did it increased even after medicine....what should i do...my weight is increasing...what diet should I take pls suggest me medicine and diet
