Earlier diagnosed with hyperthyroidism ,tsh levels is 0, weight is reducing. Now after 2 months weight start gaining tsh is no 12.8 and peroxidase antibody is greater than 1300 U/ml. I am totally confused. Is this problem will be converted in to cancer or any incurable disease

You had a condition called autoimmune thyroiditis earlier and now you have developed hypothyroidism. It is quite common. You will require lifelong thyroid hormone replacement in the form of a single tablet to be consumed daily.
