Sir I went to tsh test on 5 th of this month my tsh level is 4.82. I want to consult a doctor that result is valid today or may i test tsh level today.

My father has 549 BG level post lunch and 327 fasting level. We have been using levemir insulin pen (6units) and now doctor has suggested mixtard and galvas medication. Please advise as previous doctor has said to keep on levemir insulin.
