Hormonal Imbalances

I am a diabetic patint of type 2. My sugar level is in limit, (f-80,pp-104).Currently fatty liver grade ll is diagnosed. Please help me with your kind advice.

From past 1 month I have acne breakouts on my face. My skin has become much oilier than before. USG scan shows bilateral polycystic ovarian morphology. I never had irregularities in periods ever. Also testosterone level is 44 Ng/dL. Is it very high than safe level? Am I diagnosed with PCOS? Can isotroin and Yasmine cure this? Won't they have any harmful effects in future?

I take 50 mcg/day thyroxine sodium tablets. But my recent test report is as following: My T3 level is 1.06 ng/ml (normal range: 0.6-1.81) T4 level is 9.90 µg/dL (normal range: 3.2-12.6) TSH level is 8.01 µIU/mL (normal range: 0.35-5.5) Method of test was according to CLIA. Should there be any change in the dose of Thyroxine?

In general checkup identified 107 in fasting blood, urine report is normal, any treatment is required or not?

I have been taking insulin for 3 times a day(i.e. for the 3 major meals) and yet the sugar isn't coming into control much but the doctors haven't prescribed any pills for diabetes... should they prescribe any separate medicine for diabetes or is the insulin enough??
