Thanks for the query. Sugar seems under control. You can fast. After suhoor please don't take any medications for DIABETES. If you develop symptoms of hypoglycemia during fasting such as sweating, giddiness, weakness, feel extremely tired, and feel you may loose consciousness it means it is an emergency condition with a risk to your life. In such cases you can take some sugar or sweets immediately. Also rush to hospital for intravenous glucose while checking blood sugar with a glucometer. After breaking fast you can take diabetic medication before or during iftaar. Don't take the medication and forget to eat as this may cause hypoglycemia.
