Hi Dr. My HbA1C = 6 but my FBS and PP levels are normal as I check regularly. Do I need to worry or take some measures? Please advise. Thanks, Sarfaraz

Hba1c is a more reliable measure of your average sugar levels over the past 3 months. A level of 6 suggests a condition called prediabetes. You will need to change dietary habits and exercise regularly to avoid turning diabetic in the near future.
