My Thyroid levels are high and doctor suggested me to take 175 mcg.I didn't found that dosage in market.can i use 125 and 50 for that?

Dear Sir/ Madam, I have done Serum TSH test. The Test value for TSH is 5.13, T3- 1.34 and T4-9.69. Am i having thyroid? Since the value of TSH is not within range. Please suggest

I am a thyroid patient.my thyroid doctor told me to harmon test I did it on 5 Feb 2018 and in report I was predaibetic by leave was 5.9. I showed by report to doctor on 12april 2018.doctor I thought my report was normal so didn't go to show report but my doctor said don't worry in 2months glucose level doesn't increases.pls I need a second opinion worried a lot.
