I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM DIABETIES FOR 15 YRS, TYPE 2 DIABETIES. I AM TAKING 1 MG GLIMPARIDE & 500 MG METFORMIN . BUT MY SUGER LEVEL IS 210 BEFORE MEAL AND 330 AFTER MEAL( 2 HR) WHICH MEDICIN WILL SUIT ME PLEASE HELP. Hello! I am not diabetic but have been monitoring my blood glucose lately since diabetes runs pretty extensively in my family. My fasting glucose is in the normal range as are my before and after meal readings--however, my after meal readings are lower than my before meal readings: Fasting: 90 After meal: 84 Is it normal for blood glucose to drop lower than the before meal level 2 hours after a meal? I think my body might be releasing a lot of insulin...

Is it useful to skip meals(breakfast) to prevent diabetes.?? My family has history of diabetes. When checked on Google, it is mentioned that it is useful to skip breakfast to prevent diabetes. Please advice.

Snice, last 15 months I m suffering from weakness, fatigue, dizziness throughout the day.These symptoms are more in morning . I had to eat frequently to keep these symptoms on control if a meal is skipped these symptoms will increase . I had undergone various blood test like LFT,KFT,SERUM ELECTROLYTES , TOTAL PROTEIN ,S.CORTISOL etc which alll came to be normal except the blood sugar levels which always came to low or near lower limit --- Fasting sugars -74,70,66,62 are the figures that used to came in various blood sugar test .   Inspite of taking high carbs and protein diet for months these problem is not getting cured PP SUGAR - 81,78,74 , 75 are the figures that used to came in various blood sugar test. Inspite of taking  high carbs and protein diet this problem is not getting cured and also eating sweets do not increase my blood sugar levels . Plz help me as this problem is eating away my health and my career . Plz help !!! Is there any cure or medicine for hypoglycemia?

Hi, Recently I had my thyroid test And my T3 and T4 levels are in range but TSH is slightly high 6.9. Do I need to take medication or a regular exercise will help controlling it and bring it down in range. Thanks
