Diabetic since 20 yrs
Hi ,
My dad's sugar is shooting up till 440 in fasting where he only had morning tea n biscuits..
What could be done in this case , he is on sugar medication ... But I don't think that is working to lower lower down his sugar levels ..
He use to regularly drink , smoke n chew tobacco.. and does not listen to anyone ..
Any suggestions would be great help , though his treatment is on !!

His sugar levels are high, he will be needing insulin if he is not on insulin injections yet! He needs to make lifestyle changes as well.
Please consult your local diabetologist for further advice regarding management of his diabetes.
