Hyperthyradisim and diabetes with Hepatitis C positive but Liver Finction Test reafings are normal Level and creatinine is 2.9

I am having TSH of 8.94 level. What medicine or precaution shall I take. Earlier it was near to 5.95. I am taking thyronorm 12.5 currently. Please suggest shall I increase the dosages and what food/ fitness habits shall exercise.

Hello Sir/madam, I am insomniac since childhood. Its difficult for me to get undisturbed sleep. But since few months sleeping is getting difficult for me.
