Hi, Whether Anti TPO Antibody and Anti Microsomal Antibody blood test is same. Doctor told me to do Anti TPO Antibody but diagnostic centers Thyrocare person saying that both Anti TPO Antibody and Anti Microsomal Antibody test is same and there only Anti Microsomal Antibody test is done. Kindly suggest

My husband consuming 2 beer on daily basis before dinner and skip his medicines ( Janumet 50/1000) almost. I want to know that after how much time of consuming alcohol he have to take his medicines. Is this safe to take Janumet after consuming alcohol.
