Blood Sugar Results
Hi ,
I got a blood sugar test and i have got
Fasting - 72
After meal - 104
Later after a week i went for master health checkup sponsored by my company and my blood sugar came in
as
Fasting - 94
After meal - 100.
I would like to know the reason for such drastic change in a week and should i start being conscious on what i eat from now on.

Both your reports are within normal range. It is quite possible for the sugar to fluctuate like this even in healthy individuals. however, you should be conscious of your diet irrespective of a normal report especially if you are overweight or have blood relatives with diabetes/ high blood pressure/ cholesterol.
