Doctor started with metfor xl 1g twice a day now after control change to gloconorm g1 500mg one time. Is it ok as both contain metformin

M 27 yrs unmarried girl. I hv thyroid (t3 nd t4 norml nd high tsh) cntrol with medicine nd also pcos . On eltroxin 50 from 2 years  and fr pcos 8 mnth treatmnt svrl medicines include brth cntrol , myonext ,pcosnil,ovaheal ,meprate 2 time fr 10 days etc. Bt evry repeat scan ovaries larged with manyfollicles. Is it dangerous if these follicles nvr disapear with medicines m very very stressd nd so much ovrthink abt it .nd now m going to take homeopathy treatment is it gd fr thyroid bcz ppl says homeopathy nvr wrks. M very cnfused . Is homeopathy wrk in pcos and thyroid nd if u dont mind how it wrks

My Blood Sugar level was 222 in the morning (Fasting). **********************************

Sir today I checked my blood glucose level. It was 100 when taken at fasting but atvtge same time when it was repeated after 2 hours ( PP) it shows around 89 mg/dl. Why the PP level is less than the fasting level sir.
