I have hyperthyroid problem. Taking 50mcg thyroxin tablets. Cholesterol is 240 and weight is increased. Please suggest can I take cholesterol tablets. Also suggest will it have side effects?

Hello Doctors, My age is 30 Years and i have uncontrolled diabetes from last 4 years. Current HbA1c is 11.6 and my Homa IR test shows BETA Cell Function 16.4, Insulin Sensitivity 83.2, HOMA IR 1.20 & Insulin 7.5. I am taking Janumet 50/1000 and Gluconorm G4 Forte. Still it is not controlled.

I got my HBA1C done... Ref range is showing as 4.5 - 6 and result has come as 6. Mean plasma glucose is 125.50 mg/DL. Does this mean I am diabetic? Please see attached image.
