Hormonal Imbalances

Pre diabetic. 130fasting & 160pp. What food and exercise to follow? No family history.

I am diabetic and have hypertension since last 10 years. I had a good control over sugar since June 2018. Test conducted on 09/06/2018 showed an Hb1ac of 11.8 (Estimated average plasma Glucose 271.30). Fasting is 256. 53 mg/dl. Lipid profile serum 202.89 (Triglycerides 164. 07H. HDL 28. 28 while LDL is 140. 80H). I would like to know whether I should move to insulin for better management. I am ready to take it both temporarily or permanently to improve life quality. Now today Fasting was 139 and PP 198. Currently I am taking following tablets : 1) Gemer DS 2...Twice daily.  2) Olmizest 40 ( once for BP) 3) Rosovel A ( for Lipid)  4) Ursocol 150 for lever engime ( thrice a day ) 5) Serte .25 ( for anxiety ).  Out of all teblet for Lipid and liver engime started since last one month when abnormalities was seen in LFT and Increased value in LFT.....................Please advice me further on this matter.

I've been taking MetroCard XL 50 by mistake but as per prescription I'm supposed to take metpure XL 50. Is it okay to have taken that for a while now.. And what's the difference btw those two medicines.. Thanks

Hi Sir/Madam This is Arun. My brother went for health checkup yesterday. His health report shows post test show 106 as daibtes and after pre test it shows 110. Can some let me know that my bro is affected with diabetes. As doctor said we can't judge with first checkup. Let we check after 6 weeks like that. Please tell me 110 means a diabetes is affected.

M on pcos treatment from 1 year But if m not use medicine for period my period delayed . Is it worry if follicles in ovaries. M on pcos treatmnt from 1 year but this mnth off brth cntrol nd my period delay nd not come yet. Is it worry if follicles shw in ovaries in  evry scan nd on treatment they donot disapear. M jst ovrthink abt this follicles apearence nd m in depression. Plz tell me is it dangerous or not if follicles still  apears in ovaries nd go away on medicines . Period only regular with medicines
