My father is suffering from diabetes Should we go to dr. Or can check at home We has not checked yet to dr.

I am breastfeeding for the past 6 months and I am diabetic. Can I take madhunashini as prescribed by my ayurvedic doctor at this stage?

I have acne problem since age 16(Since 5 years). I had consulted to two three doctors but no effect. I take glipizide 10mg and levothyroxine .125mg both of which have to be taken at least 30 minutes before breakfast. Can they be taken together and are there any interactions between the two.

I have hypertensionstage2 , diabetes insulin dependent. Diabetic nephropathy high uric acid 8.5, low vitamin d3 13.5, high triglycerides 450 and cardiac microangiopathy, intolerance to milk and curd. Operated for gall bladder. Spinal disc degeneration with normal cannal diameter. Facing severe back pain, feet swelling, sleeplessness weakness. Under treatment of nephrologist  cardiologist and a senior physician. Please suggest line of management and diet plan.
