Hormonal Imbalances

Hello Doctor I have hypothyroidism and have been having medication from past 2 years. When I checked my Thyroid this month the result is as follows T3 1.46 TSH 6.1. T4 14.20 After the check doctor advised me to check for anti TPO which was negative and scan done which shows normal.pleaae advise what needs to be done as Tsh shows hypo and t4 shows hyper.. I was having 62.5mcg and now doctor advised to use 50 mcg thyronorm..

I cheak sugar 1st time in life.My fasting sugar is 103..and..just after one hour of break fast.not 2 hours..sugar is 123..is it normal???..and sugar level is increse after 2 hour of break fast???

45 yrs old pt having DM type 2 . while checking blood sugar shows inconsistency value like 200, 110,150. And it is really necessary to take hypoglycemic drug? Can't it be normal by doing exercises ND diet control? Tq
