Hormonal Imbalances

DM II & high BP. Med used Glycomet GP 1, Terms 40 & Bivon cap. If any advice to me.

I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in March 2018. So my endo prescribed me with 10 mg tds neomercazole with inderal 20 mg tds and shelcal xt. Intially my tsh was 0.10 and t3 and t4 were slightly high after 6 weeks my tsh was 0.144 and t3 and t4 was within normal range and I was prescribed 20 mg nmz in morning and 10 mg in night. And then my tsh was 18 and t4 is low and t3 is normal. My endo reduced my dosage to nmz 10 mg twice a day but after 1 month my reports indicating low t3and t4 and tsh-81. I don't understand whether my doctor is treating me right or not.? Becoz tsh is too high.he is saying to reduce the dose to 10 mg once a day. Plz help

My mother (60 years) was having goitre. In 1989 she went an surgery and the lump was removed. She is in Thyrox medicine from then. From last year, we are seeing small lump again in her neck area. We consulted an endocrinologist and he suggested to go for a FNAC test. This test require injecting a needle in neck area. So, my mother is not ready to go for this test. Is there any other alternative test to verify the disease. Please suggest.

I am taking 75 MCG thyronorm as I have hypothyroidism. Recently I have got my TSH levels checked and it is 3.47. My anti TPO bodies are always too high. Earlier in November my TSH levels were 1.96. So should I increase my dosage. Lately I am observing swelling in my hands.

I had 9.1 TSH before pregnancy..my doctor asked me to plan for baby as T3 and T4 in range..I got pregnant..in my 8th week, I took blood test and came to know my TSh level was 6.. I was continuing 50mcg from beginning..from 8th week doctor asked me to take 100mcg..I'm worried if my baby growth could have affected in my first trimester? Please help. I'm v.scared. what kind of test I should take to deliver a normal baby.

Hi, I have all the symptoms of low adrenal function. I have extreme fatigue in the mornings with dizziness and low blood sugar, I get better as the day progresses. My cortisol level was 7.1 and dhea was 540. I have chronic fatigue for the past 1 year after a very intense workout plan. I would like to know if my adrenals r working well and if my cort isol is low. I don't have anaemia or b12 problem so the fatigue is not because of that. Is there any treatment option for this. Kindly advice.

Hi, My TSH value is 8.82, t3 and t4 are normal. Doctor prescribed me Thyronorm 100mcg. I am trying to conceive, please suggest me in how many days it would be normal.

I have some thyroid problem so my period is getting irregular from last 3 months so to whom should i consult for the same? Should i consult any endocrinologist or gynecologist for this?
