I hv thyroid . Today i go for scan .my reprt is.. Both lobe of thyroid norml in size shape nd echotexture. No enlarged lymph nodes r seen in neck. No sol seen in eithr side . But slightly coarse echogenicity in both lobe of thyroid. Is it nodules or wht is my pb. M already on eltroxin . Now tsh is norml

Hello I don't have health issues and I don't take any medication.Only my grandmothers have diabetes, and only my grandfathers have high blood pressure.September 2017 I was 57 kg,now july 2018,I became 70 kg.My diet didn't change and nothing has changed.My blood results.Glucose:117 insulin:14.7 Vit D:7.9 Thyroid: 2.09 Plus I got a lot of ugly stretch marks.Is there any medication I can use to get rid of them so they don't become scars?do I have prediabetes,insulin resistance, or water retention?

My prolactin levels were high 48 ng/ml ,after consulting doctor I took cabgolin 0.5 once a week for two months and now my prolactin levels are very low and is 0.71 ng/ml .My periods are regular now.. Is having low prolactin level a problem?
