Hormonal Imbalances

I am diabetic. Saw endocrine dr the other day. She suggested I try a no/very low carb diet which I've done for 3 days. Last night and this morning I have had episodes of low sugars----at least the symptoms. I know the feeling well!! But when I checked my sugar it was @ 130. I still took glucose tabs and as usual felt better. I am highly confused. In the past when I've gotten low sugars it's been in the 79-80 range

My mom faces weakness and dizziness sometimes. She has diabetic problem and blood pressure issue. I want to do routine check-up of her. Which hospital/doctor is best in that.

Hi Doctor, Could you please advise on an ideal diet for my mother who is diabetic. Her blood sugar levels are observes at 143mg/dL before food and 233mg/dL after food. Are food items like nachni (ragi) allowed? Please also advise on the fruits that are allowed to be consumed.

I have attached my blood test which is taken in two different days. Kindly check the attachment and let me know. I'm worried about hb ups and down in 2-3 days. And my peripheral smear test. Hmmm 1 a week back my level was 17.2 after 2 days it was 15.9 and next day it was 16.3 and today while donating my hb is 17.4. why it is like this.

I was told 6 years ago that I have hypothyroidism by my doc. I have been taking synthroid ever since but my TSH kept going up and they kept adjusting the dose. My fatigue and weight gain were so depressing. I finally went to an endo a couple days ago and not only found out I have Hashimoto's Autoimmune Disease but also maybe Cushing's. My symptoms are too long to list but does anyone know if there is a link between Hashimoto's and Cushing's? Can someone have both at the same time.

Iam 71 years old.I am diabitic patient from 40 years. From last 1year my BP becomes low after eating meals or awaking early in the morning not regularly but occasionally. Can you suggest a experience Dr. In this regard. Also reason for low BP.

Hi...am using 50mg thyronorm dose everyday because of high TSH level.but from past 6month i have done 2times. am getting T3 & T4 level high.i have attached my recent test report.kindly suggest me right dose and righ treatment

My father  having sever pain ( burning sensation) in left side lower abdomen ( kushit ) I have diabetes .

My father age 54 took Geminor m2 forte in place of geminor m2 he was advised to have half tab before breakfast by mistake he took it for 2 consecutive days and today is the third day and he noticed it now so he has stopped it so is thr a reason to worry as it has crossed 24 hours of taking the medication
