My fasting glucose reading came as 100 on glucometer today morning. It has always been 88-91. My father has diabetes since before I was born. Anything to worry?

My dad have a diabetes almost 400 to 450 And they never control on his diet. Please help me out how i tell his to how his life in critical stage and how they impotent for us. Please help me out. 😔

My wife is having T3 value 121, T4 value 9, TSH value 8.07, and vit D level is 8.73. What's is the significance of having tsh value more and T3 and t4 are normal range.

I have daily episodes of low blood sugar. It's worse 2 hours after the first meal and during 4pm. Have very low energy during the attack times. Blood tests shows nothing wrong with my sugar profile. Fasting is 106 and PP is 135.i would like to know what's causing my symptoms. It's very annoying during work. When the attack comes I feel dizzy and disoriented. Pls advice treatment plan.
