Her diabete level is not in controll.Suddenly after lunch or dinner it's getting to high.In morning on empty stomach also she is having sugar level 250+.Doctor had given insulin.but still it's not getting controller.

Do we need to reach separate diabetologist for eye checkup of diabetes patients or this will be taken care by diabetologist who is treating the patients to reduce or nullify diabetes.?

Liver test ASPT/ ASOT ARE HIGH
My mom got liver test recently her SGOT/ AST IS 50.2 and ASPT/ALT IS 39.7 and alkaline phospate is 151 and other bilurubin and others are normal.

Sudden weakness in leg
No strength in my legs. I am unable to stand anymore without support and breathing increases. However this attack is for few seconds only and it starts from legs and covers the whole body.
My legs feel like they're going to give way.
And it happens at multiple times during the day and night.
