Hormonal Imbalances

My mother is having diabetes since past 3 years. She got her tests done related to diabetes yesterday and the reports have been received. I'm having a problem in understanding what's  exactly mentioned in the reports. Could you please help me with the same? I've attached the screenshots of the pdf file. Today in the afternoon post lunch her plasma glucose, post prandial result was known to be 241.

What is the ideal time to take Istamet 50/500mg? Should it be taken before food o after food?
