Does tsh levels increase if we are under fasting and skip thyroid tablet a single day.? Will this affect blood test reports.

Since , I had done low carb dieting along with 2-3 km running for 5-6 months I had developed symptoms of weakness, fatigue, dizziness , 17kg weight loss etc very soon after starting this program . Now even mild physical activity is impossible for me and I had to eat lot of  carbohydrates many times a day  to keep my symptoms under control and even skipping a meal is very tough for me . Inspite of taking many multivitamins my problems did not cured and I have gone thyroid, CBC ,kft,Lft, which came out to be normal . I suspect it to be hypoglycemia or some adrenal gland issue . Plz help

Over the last few months, I have been diagnosed with Diabetes. My sugar level in the Blood (Without Fasting) was diagnosed at 317. I don't think iam that Diabetic nor have symptoms of Diabetics. I am diabetic. Saw endocrine dr the other day. She suggested I try a no/very low carb diet which I've done for 3 days. Last night and this morning I have had episodes of low sugars----at least the symptoms. I know the feeling well!! But when I checked my sugar it was @ 130. I still took glucose tabs and as usual felt better. I am highly confused. In the past when I've gotten low sugars it's been in the 79-80 range

Hi Doctor, Could you please advise on an ideal diet for my mother who is diabetic. Her blood sugar levels are observes at 143mg/dL before food and 233mg/dL after food. Are food items like nachni (ragi) allowed? Please also advise on the fruits that are allowed to be consumed.
