High TSH level
Dear Sir/Madam, I came to know about the high TSH level after I went through a random general thyroid test as my hair is falling more than ever. I also have irregular periods. As per the present report, The present TSH level is 6.73 uIU/ml which is more than the standard range although my T3 is 113.2 ng/dl and T4 is 11ug/dl which is in normal range. Kindly let me know what do I need to do in such case. Waiting for your early revert...

This is subclinical hypothyroidism and it should be treated if patient is symptomatic or if Anti TPO antibodies are positive. U being symptomatic needs to be put on small dose of thyroxin.
