24 hours water deprivation test
Hi, I have had excess urination for some years. Diabetes negative. I had water deprivation test in which my urine osmalality increased from 150 to 500. However my serum osmolality was 300- 310. throughout. What is happening

When you take more water water osmolarity changes so this it doesn't mean anything but natural
