Hi my age is 24 and I am doing job recently I did a crash diet and took blood test in that reports my blood sugar are 6 . In my family my grandma is having diabetes and also we look hefty . Can I eat cup of watermelon per day as my blood sugars are at border I shouldn't prefer melons pls clarify it and also am I having any chances for diabetes

Hello Doctor, I have thyroid and diabetics. Recently started taking medicines for thyroid. Some time sugar levels down in early morning times I couldn't able to control eating biskets or something else. In that can I take thyoid tablet (Thyorox 100).
