Have problems of digestion in stomach pain in stomach foot pain tried some time head pain acidic due to medicine

I am having acidity issues while taking medicine. Also foot pain feel tired always having high BP with sugar 400 after eating. Also fasting sugar 300. I am also having less intrest in food eating.
